HOW IT WORKS

six steps.
ONE PERFECT FIT.

Our process combines clinical precision with expert craftsmanship to deliver
consistent results for practitioners and patients alike.

01

Prescription Review

We carefully analyze each medical prescription to fully understand the patient’s specific needs, ensuring the treatment is precisely aligned with the clinical diagnosis.

02

Impression Evaluation

We accurately assess the patient’s plantar imprint, identifying imbalances, pressure points, and biomechanical alterations that will guide the design of the ideal orthotic.

03

Positive Cast Fabrication

Using the obtained impression, we craft a positive mold that faithfully replicates the anatomy of the foot, serving as the exact foundation for the personalized orthotic.

04

PRECISION FABRICATION

We build each orthotic using premium materials selected according to the patient’s unique needs, applying specialized techniques that ensure optimal support, correction, and durability.

05

Finishing & Quality Control

Every orthotic undergoes a rigorous finishing and inspection process, verifying fit, comfort, and functionality before it ever reaches the patient.

06

FINAL INSPECTION & DELIVERY

The quality check deserves to remain front and center before shipping.

Every orthotic is individually fabricated – not mass produced- using a process refined through more than two decades of elinicaL MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.

Partners who prescribe with confidence.

Hear directly from physicians who trust Perfect Step to deliver consistent craftsmanship,
dependable turnaround, and exceptional service for their patients.

I’d been ordering from a national lab for nine years and was tired of generic results. Switched three of my patients to Perfect Step as a test, all three came back in two weeks saying it was the first orthotic that actually felt custom. Now my entire practice runs through them. The difference is in the details.

Plantar fasciitis sidelined me for almost a year. My doctor sent the impression to Perfect Step on a Tuesday and I had the orthotics in my running shoes by the following week. Six months later I finished a half-marathon with zero pain. They didn’t just make an insert, they gave me back my mornings.

What sets them apart isn’t just the craftsmanship, it’s that someone actually picks up the phone. When I had a tricky pediatric case last month, their team walked me through three different shell options until we found the right one. That kind of partnership is rare in this industry.
