After more than twenty years working alongside some of the most respected Orthotics & Prosthetics professionals in the industry, Jaime Callejas founded Perfect Step to create a laboratory focused on precision, craftsmanship, and personalized service.
Today, that same philosophy continues to guide every orthotic we fabricate.

In 2001, Jaime began his career in Orthotics & Prosthetics, learning every stage of custom fabrication from experienced technicians and clinicians.
Working in both New Jersey and Florida, he refined his skills in:
